3 We Pay You
We will pay you 25% of one month's rent (up to $500) once we collect 2 months of management fees.

We'll Pay You
We will pay you 25% of 1 months rent (up to $500), once we get a new property signed up for full service property management and have collected 2 months of management fees. Lease-only sign ups get paid 10% of one months rent (up to $250).
