We perform thorough background checks on every prospective tenant that is 18 years or older that will occupy the property, including credit history, rental history, employment verification, and criminal background checks to ensure we place reliable and responsible tenants in your property. We make rent payments easy with an online portal where tenants can securely submit their rent. We also offer automatic payment options to ensure timely collection and disbursement to property owners.

If rent is not paid on time, we have a clear process in place. We issue late payment notices and work with tenants to resolve the issue. If necessary, we follow through with legal steps, including initiating eviction proceedings as a last resort.

Yes, while we strive to avoid evictions through thorough tenant screening and proactive management, we are not a law firm but we are fully equipped to handle the eviction process in accordance with Florida law if necessary. We work with multiple law firms that can assist in the process.

Yes, our property management services don't have a termination fee or penalties for cancellation. Just give us 30 days notice. We want to earn your business every day.

We can assist you with the process of selling your rental property, including managing tenant relations during the transition and coordinating with real estate professionals. You are not obligated in any way to use us for this service.
